Starling Fitness is an excellent blog that I’ve added to my RSS feed recently that follow all the latest fitness, diet and health news from around the web. They give great advice and are an inspiration if you’re trying to get in shape.

I personally think its a bargain - a text link on a site that should have a page rank once indexed of at least 5 (we have so many links pointing to us at the moment we could get a 6) will help your own page’s ranking on Google heaps. Your link appears on every page on the site (over 100 by the end of today) PLUS you get the satisfaction of knowing that I don’t get a single cent from your donation - it all goes straight to help those impacted by the Tsunami. Its a win win situation and one which any blogger or web master should consider taking up asap.
