Spears purported plans for Scottsdale come amidst tabloid fodder that Spears is having twins, and that she’s in talks with Vanity Fair magazine to pose pregnant and nude, as Demi Moore did in 1991.

“Brittany Spears could go anywhere in the world to have her baby. Why would she chose to come to a Scottsdale in the heat?” asked Felicia Thomas, public relations specialist for Scottsdale Healthcare, who also fielded an inquiry last week from a tabloid.

There would be a place for Kevin Federline to stay bedside along with his pop star bride. Rooms are equipped with CD and DVD players.
