“Britney & Kevin: Chaotic” (8 p.m., WKBD-TV, Channel 50, UPN). Stop the madness. This is the final episode of her ticky, tacky reality TV display of wretchedly excessive celebrity self-absorption. Tonight those babbling camcorder magpies Brit and true love Kevin Federline do the matrimonial mambo as we joyously re-live their wedding in La La Land last November. All that plus a musical product placement, the premiere of Britney’s newest video, “Someday (I Will Understand).” Dubious. I’ll never understand.
