India Pair win Men’s 10m Air Rifle

Abhinav Bindra and Gagan Narang have not only won the Gold medal in the Men’s 10m Air Rifle Pairs bit have set a new Games record of 1189.
Bangladesh finished with the silver medal on 1181 and Singapore in the Bronze medal placing on 1177.

Singapore to send largest ever contingent to Commonwealth Games

Singapore will be sending its largest contingent to the 18th Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. 63 athletes will compete in seven sports - athletics, swimming, badminton, gymnastics, netball, shooting and table-tennis.
