Mottram considering chasing second Games gold

Australia’s best distance runner Craig Mottram appears to have won a bid to compete in an additional event to his favoured 5000m by Athletics Australia.

Mottram is yet to decide as to whether or not he will race in a second event but he will make a decision in February after a meet in New Zealand on the 11th as to whether he also run in the 1500m or the 10,000m, giving him a chance to go for double gold.
