Row over Games village value
THE Victorian Government has been accused of breaching its own guidelines for record keeping, over changes in the value of the land where the Commonwealth Games village is built.
Opposition finance and Commonwealth Games spokesman Gordon Rich-Philips said the land, in suburban Parkville, was considered to be worth about a quarter of the originally calculated $46.6 million.
