Shot put champ Anlezark out of Commonwealth Games

Australia’s reigning Commonwealth Games shot put champion Justin Anlezark has been ruled out of next month’s Melbourne Games with a finger injury.

The Australian record-holder will be sidelined for six months because of a finger tendon injury which first flared at the 2004 Athens Olympics.
