Juniper to issue US Airways credit card
‘Juniper Bank has made a $455 million deal to become the credit card issuer for US Airways after the troubled airline completes its merger with America West.
The small Wilmington-based credit card issuer is displacing Bank of America, which will become the largest U.S. credit card issuer late this year after completing its $35 billion buyout of Wilmington-based MBNA Corp. Both cards allow holders to accumulate frequent flier miles.’
