But does your notion of how the food makes you feel play a role in your choice?The way some foods affect the brain has a lot to do with the choices people make, reported KCRA-TV in Sacramento.
Scientists have found that people who eat fish instead of chips will stand a better chance of losing the blues for good. It turns out that omega-3 fatty acids, commonly found in salmon and nuts, combined with uridine, a natural substance in molasses and sugar beets, may at times be as effective as a prescription antidepressant.’
