Eating Fish Can Fight Depression
A recent study shows that eating fish can help fight against Depression.
‘More than 5,000 studies published around the world have reported the health benefits of a diet rich in omega-3 fatty oil from fish, including heart health, improved joint flexibility and enhanced brain development.
Other studies have shown that properties in omega-3 fatty acids may help control diabetes and it can also reduce the risk of rheumatoid arthritis and fight depression. ‘
