The East Baton Rouge Alcohol Beverage Control Board slapped a popular watering hole near LSU with a $1,055 fine Thursday and suspended its license for four days for hosting an after-hours party for “The Dukes of Hazzard” that included at least three underage drinkers.
East Baton Rouge regulations require licensed bars to close at 2 a.m., and for everyone to leave the premises by 2:30 a.m. But ABC investigator Chris Cranford said police caught Walk-Ons illegally hosting an after-hours party on the premises that ran until 4:30 a.m. Jan. 19. Among the guests were three 18-year-old LSU students, who claimed they were invited to the party by associates of “Dukes of Hazzard” star Jessica Simpson, Cranford said.
Landry admitted that he opened the bar for the party, but denied that he had served the three female students. Landry said he allowed designated friends to go behind the bar and serve alcohol free of charge, even though they did not possess the appropriate permits.

Paris Hilton is stunned by reports she once had an affair with Nick Lachey - because she didn’t even know who he was until very recently.
The blonde hotel heiress, who shared the stage with Lachey at last year’s Mtv Video Music Awards, insists she has never had a romance with the former 98 Degrees hunk, married to Jessica Simpson.
She tells US Weekly, “I never dated Nick! I didn’t even know who he was until after he married Jessica. (Jessica’s) really sweet. I’ve never had anything against her… I wish Nick and Jessica nothing but the best.”

JESSICA SIMPSON and NICK LACHEY are both recording new albums after taking time out to make movies and star in the reality TV show.
Jessica’s currently working on songs for the film’s soundtrack, including a duet with co-star WILLIE NELSON.
“I was just in the studio with JIMMY JAM and TERRY LEWIS recording the single. I can’t wait for people to hear it… I can’t give away any of my new secrets.”
Former 98 DEGREES singer Lachey is working on the follow up to his debut solo album SOULO in a custom-built studio at the couple’s luxurious home.
He says, “It’s definitely not gonna be the straight-ahead pop ballad thing that people have been used to hearing from me. I’m trying to mix it up a little bit. Part of the beauty of music is experimentation and kind of finding yourself and your direction.
“That’s what I’ve been doing the past few months - writing and singing and ‘demoing’ and getting back to the kind of musical frame of mind and what it is that I really want to do.”

Jessica Simpson apparently has learned at least one useful thing in her marriage to Nick Lachey: Gossip queen Liz Smith reports that the pop princess interceded in an argument between an angry couple in a natural foods store in Santa Monica. Jessica is said to have told them, “When Nick and I have a tiff, we settle it by using sexy lotions and rubbing them all over each other’s bodies.”
Simpson not only revealed her secret technique for conflict resolution, she led the couple over to the shelves where she pointed out her favored lubricants.

Jessica placed sixth on the magazine’s list of the top 10 sexiest women, but Nick wasn’t one of the top 10 sexiest men.
