A Public Affair - your opinion?
Jessica’s new album is out on August 29th and judging by her new single “A Public Affair” it’s going to be her best album yet! The song is a perfect track to put on while out running in the summer evenings, out cruising in the car with girlfriends or dancing to in the clubs. It’s a fun summery song that you can’t keep still to when it comes on and it’s the best song I’ve heard for a while! Let me know what you think of it - personally I’m so glad at this new direction Jess is taking with her music.

The video intro is hilarious - celebs mocking celeb stories (I wanna be so famous that I have my baby in Africa etc) - with Christina Applegate, Ryan Seacrest, Eva Longoria, Christina Milan, Andy Dick appearing in it with her. It gets a little raunchy with suggestive iceacream licking - actually licking all around - but it’s a video which will make you smile and feel happy.

The song is just P.E.R.F.E.C.T!!….it will be a great hit for Jess!!!!

On http://www.thebosh.com they review her album and say it sucks. She totally goes back to the 80’s and even does a remake of “you spin me right round.” They say it will flop, “just like her marriage.” Why does she always remake other people’s stuff? I live in Europe and they haven’t played her song on the radio yet, but then they don’t know who she is here. Anyway, i won’t be buying the album because I”M OVER HER! Done! So tired of her! …..but i did buy nick’s and love it!

i think jessica is trashy in this video .. i thought she was suppose to play the good girl role .. and her vocals are horrible in this song.. its all techno and no real singing… i will not be buying the album!

ITs a nice song. Problem is she doesn’t have much of a vocal range and singing talent visible in the song. Its very computery much like Stars Are Blind.

jessica song is not that bad, but it sounds too much like “holiday” by madonna. i am disappointed
with the song and with jessica. i just read an article where jess dad is being obsessed with her boobs and it makes me want to throw up. jess is so fake. do you really think jessica is a christain? jess fame is OVER!!!!!

Jessica Simpson is a complete sell out. I hate her and her “my boobs are perfect” attitude. She has an amazing voice and after how many years in the industry still does not know how to use it. Everyone needs to watch Nick’s new video. Now that’s a video of a true artist.

all i can say is that i use to look at to jessica cause she seem real not fake like britney and the rest and that she was coming out the box. and was just a great role model for kids, but after watching her now i wouldn’t let my dog look up to her she just seem so fake. and the real reason i think she doesn’t like the fact that nick talk about there wedding is because it was her fault. nick needs to take some fault but it seem more her fault.and now that she broke up with him she doing a britney, and if she such a class act why was she flashing nick and his new girl, pleases that as bad as when jt and britney did a dance off. GROW UP JESSICA AND TELL YOU SISTER TO STOP LYING WE ALL KNOW SHE GOT SOME WORK DONE!

I think her new music is horrible. It sounds like an 11 yr. old wrote it. It does no justice for her voice. She is an amazing singer but rarely uses her talent anymore.
Her single “A public affair” peaked at #14 but now it’s at #24 I believe on Billboard.com

I like Jessica’s voice, but her new album is horrible….
If you think her sister has had work done (of course), look at old pictures of Jess…no one’s eyebrows go upward like her’s do now and love those fake lips, fake hair…should I go on? I liked her better before, and I completely agree that Nick has always been the talented and REAL one. I bought TWO of his CD’s, but want a refund for her’s.

The new album sucks so bad..
Her voice sounds worse than ever and the tracks make her look even more dumb as already is. There is no doubt it`s gonna flop miserably. thank god i listened it before wanting to buy it. I think I`ll buy “B-day” or justin`s new cd..
