Jessica departs from her faith?
According to reports, Jessica Simpson has strayed from her strict Christian upbringing saying she rarely goes to church or reads the Bible anymore.
“Me and my family got out of that and came to LA. To see all forms of meditation and prayer made me less judgmental,” Jessica Simpson says.
I guess that’s one of the things that really stood out for me about Jessica originally - her faith and choosing to wait until she got married, rather than sleep around with lots of guys like many other Hollywood celebs and singers. And I know that Jessica’s busy schedule could totally be the reason why people are saying she’s not going to church as much or anymore but I’d prefer to hear more on this from Jessica. I really hope she hasn’t lost her faith through all her fame, riches and success.

I pray that she has’nt lost here faith because if it was’nt for her faith she would’nt be were she is today. I pray that she want’s to see here savior one day. start going back to church. the things you have can be taken away from you with a blink of a

i hope she doesnt either.. thats what made me fall in love with her bc she was so different from britney and christinia.. i cant believe she would claim to be a christian and then do the boots video.. come on.. a real christian wouldnt parade around in a string bikini for the whole world to see.. she has changed and not for the better

I am incredibly dissaponited in jessica. I admired her for being so wonderfully different and standing up for her beliefs. Now she has become just like all the other mindless hollywood celebrities doing the same old rubbish and being involved in the same old scandles. She has made a mockery of christianity and a complete fool of herself. s\Shame on her

I completely understand where you are coming from, I found this website because I was looking for her address so that I could send a letter that I felt prompted to write regarding the same type of issues. Eventhough your statments are relatively true I feel the need to express how important it is to encourage our fellow christian sisters.
This life is not easy and we ALL fall short-ALL the time! The difference is, people like Jessica and Beyonce are doing it in the public eye. My greatest desire is for God to convict them before any of this gets too far, and see them rise up and be the inspirational, virtuous women He created them to be.
Jessica could be amazingly effective in her position and that’s what hurts the most I think. So if that is our true desire then we shouldn’t put these people down, instead we should pray for them & encourage them so that they can be pointed back to God. How awesome that would be in the public eye? Well thanks for reading this. I hope you feel where I’m coming from. Keep praying revival is coming…….God Bless CHANELLE

y’all just jelaous of course jessica is still a christiana she waited to have sex till after she was married she thanks god before she goes on stage jessicas voice and faith got her were she is today and the boots video in my oppinion is great it shows she is comfortable with who she is and i think more women should feel like that so stop being cruel about her!!!!!!!!!

I too am upset to hear that Jessica is turning her back on her Christian faith. I can understand how she or anybody can trip, no one is perfect. In the bible it tells us that we are to take the narrow path-which gives us more challenges but we’re all here on earth for the reward of heaven. Jessica seems to be taking the wide road and God warns us that money is the root of all evil. I pray for her, and her family. As someone who was raised in a Christian home I know that you can turn your back on God but he won’t turn his back on you. I don’t know is Jessica reads this, but if she does, know that I will pray for you, I can understand the struggle and the pressure of your business, but remember that God calls us to rise above all that. We aren’t put on this world to serve ourselves wer’re here to serve Him. When things get tough for me I remember the verse.”I press on towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Phillipians 3:14. To me it means, earth is only our temperary home. You have to keep striving for heaven which is forever.
Sorry this sounds like a sermon but i wanted to get it off my chest.

I wish all the best for Jessica Simspon and her husband Nick Lachey. I will pray for her and her husband. Good luck on your future Jessica and Nick. Wish you all the best. I still haven’t seen her movie yet. I think Jessica is a great actress. And i love her clothes.I need to know where she shops for her cloths. And Nick don’t get all jealous on the red capart, taking pictures of her and paying attention to her. Some other people pay attention to you to Nick. And don’t worry about you are jealous about other guys thinks that shes hot, and sexy. All other girls are all jealous the way she looks. Keep working out your body Jessica.

I am appalled about Jessica’s transformation from a sweet Chrstian girl to a Daisy Duke lovin’ whore! Big WOW she was a Virgin ’til marrage! Lots of people wait until marrage to give the wonderful gift of purity to thier spouse.To me Jessica is just like the rest of the sinful world. If Jessica really does belong to Christ,then she is a sorry excuse for a Christian.

If I was Nick I would have dumped Jessica the first time her parents pulled this b.s. of buying her a fuc*in mercedes without letting me know first. Joe seemed to get his rocks off of just walking in without knocking, interfering with everything and making Nick look like a loser. And the hey Nick can we adopt b.s.? That was daddy fuc*in Joes idea whad a guy!
