Jessica’s New Record Deal!
Jessica Simpson has just signed a massive $35 million deal to stay with Columbia Records.
“Jessica Simpson is one of the most consistent, hard-working artists we have on our roster,” a spokesman for the label said. “She really has earned this deal. But this wasn’t an exchange of money for guaranteed anything.”
“I am so excited with this new deal and I’m looking forward to finishing my upcoming album,” Jessica Simpson said in a statement. “Columbia has
been my home since the beginning of my career. I am happy to be continuing the relationship and I look forward to working on new things with my extended family.”
Jessica Simpson’s massive contract makes her the youngest artist ever to have such a big deal.
Jessica Simpson will release four new albums and one greatest-hits compilation, and according to the contract, will get $8 million straight away.

I wont buy her albums.. not that I ever did before. I was never a huge fan of her music. It was just kinda “O brother” to me.. Some of her songs were so cute though because we all knew where they were coming from, and they sounded so genuine..I wish she could realized that its not her music that made her popular..its almost pathetic to see her throw away everything that people loved about her to pursue something that everyone made fun of and she wasnt all that.. I think thats why the skin started showing and the butt started moving, because she saw she couldnt compete cutness w/sex. She gave in, but its too late. She lost most of the huge fan base she gained by being the honest, down to earth, new somewhat naive wife that we all could relate to. Now she is just another booty shaken, skin showing, hollywood breakup tabloid story that alot of us are just tuned in to see how many embarrasing moments they will have.

Give me some of that money Jess! Even though my dad is a lawyer and has made over 20 million dollars. And never lost a case.
