Jessica’s new TV show
Sounds like Jess is still planning her new reality TV show about her life after marriage! She was quoted by Sky Showbiz saying:
“I like the idea as it could be empowering to women to show that life goes on after a marriage. It’s something I plan to make a success of in 2006.”
I’m not so sure if I’ll find it enjoyable to watch, it really depends on her attitude. Personally, I’d like to see her at least try to work things out with Nick before proceeding with divorce settlements.

If she does do a show, I am not watching it. The last thing I want to hear her talk about is woman empowerment. She has said herself, many times, that without Nick she never would have had the confidence and belief in herself. She has turned into a being a worse brat then she already was - nothing more - nothing less. Like you, I would love to see her humble once again, and perhaps work things out with the man she vowed to give her life to.

wow and watch mommy and daddy continue to run her life and tell her what she does and doesn’t need to do. yeah you said it jess, “woman power” yeah thanks jess, if it’s anything I learned from you, is to actually APPRECIATE my husband… you want to preach about life AFTER marriage, well I for one will take your MISTAKES into consideration and not make the same ones.

I too hope if she does the show that they show her at least trying to work things through. If it doesn’t work out, it doesn’t work out. At least it shows she has tried…especially how happy they were together for some time. I do wish the best to the two of them…

i absolutely will not watch it….why would i want to support something like that? in a round about way, she’s saying that divorce is ok? (and im not a die-hard christian, but aren’t christian values all about sticking through the hard times and not divorcing?…as in, god believes its a sin to divorce unless another bad act was committed by one of the spouses?) IF she had been raped or assulted….sure, go woman power…thats about true healing…AND WHAT ‘WOMAN POWER’ DOES SHE HONESTLY HAVE ANYWAY, DADDY SEEMS TO DO EVERYTHING FOR HER…

also….this shows that she cannot bare the thought of not having her personal life on camera…this just seems pathetic…IS JESS TURNING INTO A FULL TIME REALITY T.V. STAR??? If so, her series should be called “Lost 2: Screw Nick, I depend on my Daddy”

I will NOT be watching Jessica, she’s doesn’t seem to be one bit remorseful - at least Nick said he cried many, many times during and after the marriage. Not too many of those kinds of men today at age 31! ! ! I’ll definitely watch Nick Lachey’s show - no matter what it is! ! ! !
Prior to Thanksgiving eve, I told my family I wanted Dukes of Hazzard for Christmas, well I told my kids and husband at our Thanksgiving table I DON’T WANT IT NOW! ! !

To be honest it will be hard not to watch just because I want to see how stupid she is going to look ALONE.. I mean the NERVE how lame Jessica.. get over yourself and honor the vows you took. You lied to your fans like you were above us.. Royalty or something.. it might take some effort but I am NOT a fan of her actions. i will NOT watch the show, I am a fan of “nick and Jessica” the newlyweds.. the old Jessica was fun, honest, and down to earth, she didnt what people saw, thought, or how she looked.. I remember no makeup sweats and laughing.. now its all glitz and glamour and so long to the baggage.. Poor nick..

she let her marriage be exploited in newlyweds,now she wants her own life as such as well. wow, what a wise decision! but then again, being wise is not jessica’s, nor the rest of her family’s forte. She’s totally misled! What is she trying to prove to the rest of the women in the world?! that to empower women is to have them all divorce/break up with their husbands and partners instead of working things out?! Well at least, Britney’s still married no matter how bad her marriage can be at times. At least we SEE the effort on her part to try to make things work. And besides, this is supposed to be a time for Jessica to humble herself instead of bragging about her newly single status. Ironically, I am happy for Nick that they divorced because he does NOT for a single dollar deserves Jessica. Jessica is the abuser in the relationship. She does not deserve the respect we once had because she does not have a bit of respect for her fans nor herself.

i dont like to pre-judge and i dont pretend 2 really know anything about u just cuz my wife liked watching newlyweds and roped me in but i will draw a comparison to my own life. im similar age 2 nick im 31 and my wife is 22, were a good looking couple and been married 3yrs and together for 4.
in all that time it we have certainly had our moments as any newly married couple in the world would testify, but if theres 1 thing 1 piece of advice i would give 2 anyone in this situation is 2 fight for love not against it. role with the punches and not just avoid it. whoever it was that said that life is a series of peaks and troughs is completly right, even more so in real relationships. you have 2 experience the rough times 2 really appreciate the good. marriage is a journey, im still working it out but im sure the destination is unconditional love and if u dont work for it you will never ever ever truly know or experience true love.
