As always in the Uk as soon as a celebrity begins to get more famous and a growing fan club, the UK newspapers have to rip them apart. see article below from Sunday 7th August 2005 tabloid newpaper:
Dukes star Jessica denies a boob job
THE long blonde hair looks familar… but that’s just about the only thing.
In six years Dukes of Hazzard star Jessica Simpson has transformed herself from a dowdy church minster’s daughter from Texas into an international sex symbol.
But just how Hazz she managed it?
Jessica made her name at 18 as a virgin bride in MTV’s reality TV show The Newlyweds with her husband, boyband singer Nick Lachey. In her new role as Daisy Duke in a film based on the 70s TV series she’s, well…a lot more grown up.
Jessica, now 25, says her sexy new look isn’t down to the surgeon’s knife but hard work. She says: “I trained six days a week, two hours a day. I feel confident about my body, although I’m shy.”
As for her amazing 34D breasts, Jessica says: “Mine are definitely real. At school, my boobs were bigger than all my friends and I was afraid to show them. Now, I feel they make my outfits look better. They’re like an accessory.”

NOSE: In 1999 her nose looked broader, now it’s finer - achieved by rhinoplasty?
SMILE: She now smiles with none of her upper gums showing - the upper lip can be relaxed using Botox or enlarged using fillers.
EYES: They appear to have changed from oriental to perfect almonds. This could be done with a brow lift.
TEETH: Now a perfect, even smile. Teeth can be whitened and evened with veneers.
CHIN: It used to look longer. Muscles can be tightened to achieve this effect.

I think anyone who has followed Jessica’s career can agree on one thing… She did not have breast enlargement - MAYBE UPLIFTED, but why would she, Jessica is only 25 and better not be sagging…..

I’ve been following Jessica since her first album, and the only difference in her looks is that she lost weight for the Daisy role. (even though her body was already perfect!) I highly doubt she’s gone under the knife for the things mentioned.

i don’t think she has had a boob job. and makeup can make a nose, chin and eyes look more appealing…
and whatever they think she done to her eyes… well on an episode of newlyweds she did have eye surgery.
lots of people smile without their top gums showing… im even guilty of that, but never used Botox. and lots of people get their teeth whitened, get braces to straighten them, blah blah blah, that’s not plastic surgery. She’s just simply taken care of her body, someone can do that, without having plastic surgery.

I know for sure that her breasts are real. As a woman you can tell these things. They don’t sit straight up and they are more fatty looking then hard (what they would look like if they were filled with silicone). As for the other surgeries who knows. I personally think she has plumped her lips. Because if you look at some pictures of her when she was a teenager her lips were a lot more thin. Now they are very full and her upper lip curls up when she smiles. It did that a little when she was young but not as much as it does now. But that is no big deal. If I were a celebrity I would definitely get my lips plumped & my teeth professionally whitened. That is more maitenance anyway. She wants to look as youthfull as possible as she ages. Most of their jobs in her industry depend on looking beautiful. Especially for her now being known as one of America’s top sex symbols. I highly doubt she has had any of the other surgeries. She’s naturally beautiful. Also when a person loses weight they lose weight in their face too. Which might have added to the difference in her eyes and nose. A small amount of lost fat on your face can make a difference. It can get rid of a double chin can’t it? So who’s to say that it can’t make your nose look smaller or make your eyes look bigger. Probably losing weight in those areas lifted her brows a smidge and tightened her nose.

Personaly Jessica Simpson is my favorite Artist/singer/actor and I dont think she had any thing fixed on her face or body and i think she is naturally beatiful

How far would an artist in the music industry use there name as a ‘ Brand’ to see other products to young people e.g jessica simpson

hi, i am inspired by jessica’s achievemnets with her diet. I wish i could look lik you! how do u kp ur skin so clear? wat do u use? there is 1 major question i need you to answer for me tho. i am 13 and a 1/2 and i am dying to become an actress but i dont now wer to go from her. wer do i go for auditions. i now u probably think that im just another crazy fan but this is my dream. pleas help me and try to think bak to wen u wer tryin to become a famous singer. how can i become a famous actress? wer do i go for auditions? thank you so much. i wouldnt now how to repay u if u did this favour for me. thank you agen! amy. p.s i live 1 hour away from london.

Wow. I am not a Jessica-hater by any standards. I think she is probably a very nice person, very generous and a good person to have as a friend.
But it’s time to take the blinders off. Being in the business means getting plastic surgery, period. Why do you all find it so hard to believe that Jessica has had implants, rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery? Does that make her less of a person? Is being her fan dependent upon her not having plastic surgery? You are really deluding yourselves to deny that Jessica Simpson hasn’t had any procedures but “lip plumping.”
As for her working hard - yes, she does work out very hard at the gym. But working hard and losing a few pounds can’t change the thickness of the bridge and tip of her nose - it’s not humanly possible. Likewise, no amount of “taking care of her body” could make her eyes morph into gigantic ovals or reduce the surface area of her upper and lower eyelids. It’s just not possible.
Finally, Jessica’s handlers told her she needed to lose weight before Newlyweds began taping, and she took off about fifteen pounds on the Atkins diet. It’s a matter of public information. The weight loss left her “saggy” and at first she had a breast lift, then later augmentation to replace what the weight loss made disappear. Real breasts don’t look like halved oranges stuffed under the skin.
Again, I am not bashing Jessica. I *like* Jessica. I just can’t believe how naive you are all being, like “Oh no that can’t be true! Not Jessica too!” Yes, Jessica. Don’t believe me? Check these links out:

Ps to “Chrissy”: losing weight makes skin SAG, it does not “lift” skin, and it’s CARTILAGE, not skin or fat cells, that determines nose size. Since cartilage continues to grow throughout our lives, the only way a nose would appear smaller is by having cartilage removed, aka “Rhinoplasty.” Sorry to burst your bubble.
