Sharp Actius MP30

PC Mag reviews the Sharp Actius MP30 and writes - ‘Most multimedia-oriented notebooks these days are nine-pound beasts that aim to supplant a traditional desktop PC. Not so the Sharp Actius MP30. This svelte 2.8-pound beauty will have little trouble attracting attention with its cool, clean, almost-Applesque design. And it won’t have much trouble keeping a crowd either: It debuts Transmeta’s new 90-nm Efficeon 1.6-GHz processor, and is the first ultraportable to have InterVideo’s Instant Play technology for CDs and DVDs. Not bad for a little guy.’
‘If you’re looking for a spunkier design and more entertainment features in an ultraportable, consider the Actius MP30. It’s a fun notebook that delivers decent performance.’
