AIT Launches E-Commerce Tool
‘Web hosting provider AIT (ait.com) announced on Thursday that it has launched Mcat 2005, a new e-commerce offering that includes all components of online sales. Each package includes AIT’s proprietary shopping cart, as well as a merchant account and gateway, as well as a billing solution.
“Any way that you add up the numbers, online sales has gained mainstream acceptance in terms of consumer behavior,” says AIT CEO Clarence Briggs. “Our role is to make it easy for any business to establish a beach head on this continually growing economic front.”
Merchants now have the flexibility to access sales data from any browser, says AIT, while transactions are instantly settled every day, without any additional software upgrades. AIT says the recently released upgraded version of its Mcart shopping cart software enables a more personalized approach to the entire online buying process for both the buyer and merchant.’
