‘The judge in Michael Jackson’s child molestation and conspiracy trial has denied a defense motion for an acquittal.

Superior Court judge Rodney Melville ruled after defense lawyer Robert Sanger said prosecution witnesses had demonstrated “a tendency to self-destruct on the witness stand.”‘
