Judge rules on Jackson witness
‘The judge in the Michael Jackson child sex abuse case has ruled the boy behind the allegations must testify in public.
Rodney Melville dismissed calls to shield the 15-year-old from the media.Jackson, 46, has pleaded not guilty to ten charges, including child molestation and an alleged plot to kidnap and falsely imprison the boy and his family.
Judge Melville has also decided jurors should be shown the Martin Bashir documentary which triggered the investigation into the singer, who denies all the allegations against him.’
