Jury see self-promoting video
‘The jury in the Michael Jackson trial heard the singer on Thursday, but not from the witness stand. Over Prosecution objections, the defense showed a video recorded by Jackson’s personal videographer during the filming of ”Living With Michael Jackson,” a TV documentary.’

How convenient. so far no plans for MJ to be on the stand but a segment from the recorded tv special was shown….the clips of MJ gushing about his kids. I wonder if he said these things before or after he hung “blanket” over the balacony.
I thought MJ opposed the brashier interview? Yest he references portions of it in court, that favor him.

Your negative view always surprises me, Roseena. The video that the jury saw shows the complete Brashier - remember? the one that was edited to make MJ look bad? So now they see the whole thing, that’s all. Or do you think they should only see the edited version?

Roseena: to make it clear - the tape the jury now sees is the same one that Brashier shot, except that it is the full video, not the one that was edited by Brasier to make him look bad.
