Michael Jackson accuser ‘was unruly on flight’

‘A FLIGHT attendant who has undermined prosecution claims that Michael Jackson served alcohol to his accuser during a plane trip testified yesterday that the boy was unruly, rude and started a food fight.

Cynthia Bell returned to the witness stand for a second day at the singer’s child abuse trial to testify about flying with Jackson, his accuser, Gavin Arvizo, and members of the boy’s family.

She said that, on the flight from Miami, Florida, to Santa Barbara, California, in February 2003, she served Jackson wine in a Diet Coke can and did not see Arvizo drink from it, as the prosecution contends. She also said Jackson appeared noticeably relaxed from the wine but did not appear drunk.’
