Michael Jackson jury could reduce charge
‘The jury in Michael Jackson’s child abuse trial has been given permission to reduce one of his charges if they feel unable to reach a guilty verdict.
Judge Rodney Melville gave the jury instructions on how to go about reaching a verdict on Wednesday.
He said they could decide Mr Jackson gave teenager Gavin Arvizo alcohol but did not abuse him, a lesser charge with a penalty of up to a year in prison.’

If Michael Jackson is charged with serving alcohol to minors, then his employee who put alcohol in the milkshake should be charged also.

I honestly hope against hope that he is found not guilty or at least a hung jury, because the accusing side look SO BAD.
IF he is found guilty, it seems to me that a lot of the others involved should be up on charges too.
The employees who never called a halt to the proceedings they allege, and the adults who TOOK their children to the place they now complain about, and also Mr Jackson Snr. I truly believe poor Michael is insane and that everybody around him has used and abused HIM and should anser for the crime. he is a living tragedy whose talent cannot be denied.

Brownie - I completely agree with you on the part about Michael being insane and the part about everyone using and abusing him as a child. His father was admittedly abusive to his children and I believe that is where MJ’s problems started. He is a wonderful talented singer and dancer, but I also believe that he is mentally ill and that he has molested young boys. The pattern of his childhood and upbringing make it very easy to see and understand, but it still isn’t right. The young children that he is abusing need to be saved. The pattern needs to stop somewhere and I think that it needs to happen now.
