Michael Jackson may lose ranch and Beatles catalog
‘Michael Jackson reportedly has two weeks two to stave off a $270 million foreclosure or lose his Neverland Ranch and Sony Beatles music catalog.
“It’s a meltdown — Michael’s life is on the line, physically, and his finances are in ruins because he has listened to the wrong people,” a source told Thursday’s New York Daily News.
The newspaper reportedly earlier in the week Jackson’s family was planning an emergency trip to Bahrain to try and get the pop star into rehab for a prescription drug addiction.’

MJJ is NOT “BROKE”! Broke is when you have NO money and no assets of which you can make money from. Neverland is not in forclosure and the Beatles catalog is in tact.
Those who continue to say ugly things about MJJ, souces are saying, “get your lawyers because MJJ is not going to stand for these malicious slander any longer.
MJJ is going to make a come back with his music career. It wilo not be like a shooting star that comes and then dies out but like a Haley’s Comet!

Seriously though - if you truly believe MJ is still financially stable, then explain why his possessions and valuables are being sold. I don’t think anyone here is saying MJ will be homeless or driving a beat datson but it is definitely apparent he is financially failing and will need to change his lifestyle and if something doesn’t change (ie generates new money) his mone and assets will continue to dwindle away.

For the record, I just happened upon an article on my Yahoo page entitled, “Michael Jackson in Talks to Avoid Loan Default”. His lawyer is cited as suggesting that the possibility or imminent foreclosure on Jackson’s stake in Sony/ATV was unlikely. Sony is apparently a party to the talks. According to the article, industry experts say that catalog is one of the most treasured in the world. Stay tuned. He may not lose the ranch after all.

MJJ was aquitted of all 10 counts. Your just mad dogging me because I think independently. The case was a “total fraud”. The proseution of Santa Barbara County has a vendetta against Jackson since 1993. No argument there.

Amusing to say the least…how people can post comments “Everyone has the right to dislike or like whoever they want, everyone has the right to voice their opinion” towards me, sue or any other person NOT bedazzled by MJ, almost insinuating that the NON-MJ fans are trying to stifle the mj-fans. When in fact, yes in FACT (read the posts) it is the “over the edger’s” who cannot bear to hear/read/appreciate or intelligently respond to their opposition. Not the other way around. It is the FANaticals that lash out at the non mj fans with childish accusations in attempt to silence the opposition with accusations of racism and hate and anger from the verdict. Thank you , thank you for your posts! You put it all in perspective. Hopefully, she will get the message, but I really doubt it. It all started a few months back, she called me a name, so I made fun of her spelling. I tired to talk to her and it just snowballed from there. For quite a while I thought it was funny, but then she got really nasty. I even stayed away from here for a few weeks hoping she’d calm down. Anyway, you said it so well… I love it!!!
OH by the way… cheetah, dont leave! We need more ppl that can post w/o all the drama! I’ve been having trouble too with posting. I just make sure to copy my post before I hit the button. That way if it does’nt make it thru, I just paste it and try again!

Roseena, I do not know where you get off trying to intimidate me because of my posts???? I and thousand of others rserach information about MJJ which I disect, then, follow through about the at the validaty at hand here. You disagree with me because I believe in MJJ is “INNOCENT” but that’s ok. You feel that you have caused me harm, or fear by unintectecually, using words and media outlets information regarding MJJ and you autually believe what you read or hear. However, you were not in the courtroom so you have biais information regarding MJJ and his financial stability. I simple said check with a reliablle source first before posting. But you won’t.
The case was a FRAUD and it has been proven as such! You need to research more and stop being a couch potatoe, listening to those media outlets who have gone on about there business because they had no leg to stand on. On the otherhand, you are intitilted to your own opinion in believing the media. But they are dead WRONG! And they know it.
Anotherthing, you will never beat me down, I’m to strong for that! i BET IF WE Had this conversation in person, you would be holding your tongue. Just as you said in your posts earlier on, adults have a differences of opinions and you think MJJ is “GUILTY” and I on the other han thinks he is “NOT”

It wasn’t because MJJ was a super ICON, it was because the people in the Santa Barbara County who expressed concerns which they “loved” MJJ. Why do you think Jordon Chandler filed for emancipation from his parents?
The case was a FRAUD period. No matter what or where you seem to get your information on this case, MJJ is VENDICATED” and I think you’re upset with that fact.

yvette- i am not angry mj was NOT found guilty. I never hid the fact throughout the trial that I believed he was guilty, but i do not carry a torch of hatred for him or resentment towards the trial outcome. There are other verdicts for celebrity cases in the public eye that i also disagree with (oj and blake to name 2), but i am not angry from their outcomes. I dont agree with them, i am not harboring anger over the outcomes. I am perfectly capable of having an opinion without it being driven from the trial outcome.
I have not contributed to this site for months because there wasn’t any worthy mj news to even discuss…until the topic of his financial failures. Remember yvette, no one here even discusses his innocent or guilt at this point - its futile. i would rather not beat the dead horse any longer. We are now discussing other mj sh**.
As far as i see things, mj is in HUGE financial problems. I just think your love for mj, as a fan, is jading you to a point of being dangerously naive to the point your only seeing what you want to see.

And for the last f**&^ time… I was in TN from May of this year to October of this year. That is four.. count them.. FOUR months. Before that I was here in CA for 6 years.. and before that I was in my home state of Washington. I’m NOT from the south, I have no connections with the south other than my oldest daughter now lives there. She has lived in CA for most of her life. I don’t call you names because I don’t stoop to your level. I have pointed out your lies and also the fact that you can’t type or spell for sh$t. I’ve NEVER said I hate MJ. I have no feelings about him one way or the other. BUT… I do think he molested those children. And as I’ve said before, untill one of them comes forward to say otherwise, I will always think he did it.
Roseena and I also research websites ect. for information. I guess it just depends on what web site or article you read. You seem to stick to the MJ friendly sites, while I go to those and others, weigh the pros and cons and form my OWN opinion. You told Roseena to “check with a reliable source”… what is reliable to you might not be to someone else. You seem to feel that ANY unfriendly source for MJ is not reliable.
I’ll tell you what I see… I see that in this case as with OJ and Blake, that money buys good lawyers who can get you off no matter if you are guilty or not. With OJ.. it wasn’t just the attorneys, it was the sloppy job done by the LAPD. They lied and tried to frame OJ. Now I feel he is guilty… but I knew that the jury could not find him guilty, because of the LAPD’s sloppiness. With Sneddon, he messed up, did a bad job. I believe he had a personal vendetta for MJ and he let it get the best of him. He tried to prove too much. But it’s over…and we are on to different things here. I for one, am really tired of all the cr&* that is spewed here. I enjoy a good conversation or debate. But stick to facts, not PERSONAL feelings. You seem to be so devoted to MJ that you can’t see anything else.
