‘Singer Courtney Love has insisted that she is really the one to blame for hotel heiress Paris Hilton’s drunk-driving arrest in September this year.

Paris was stopped by police after leaving a Hollywood party and arrested for driving under the influence with a reported blood-alcohol level of at least 0.08 per cent.’
