‘Hollywood socialite Paris Hilton has been charged with driving under the influence.

She is set to be arraigned on the charges Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The 25-year-old Hilton was arrested Sept. 7 after being stopped in her Mercedes-Benz SLR.’
