PDAStreet reports that as part of T-Mobile Germany’s Take-Away plan, customers can buy the new HP iPAQ hw6500 Pocket PC from a store and have it activated later. It also looks like Cingular Wireless will be among the first to offer the PDAPhone in the United States, possibly in September. It’s expected to cost about $600 when released.
