Tod Pocket PC has news and pictures of what they say is the HP iPAQ rx1950/1955. It looks remarkably like previous iPAQ models to us but we’ll see what comes out of HP in the coming months.

This Pocket PC is supposed to have Windows Mobile 5.0, 300MHz processor, QVGA LCD screen (touch sensitive), SDIO card slot, 64 megabytes of ROM and 32 megabytes of RAM.

As more details, specifications and price on the HP iPAQ rx1950/1955 come to hand we’ll up date them here.
