Biovail gets FDA okay for anti-depression tablet

‘Biovail Corp. said on Wednesday it received U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval for its orally disintegrating tablet formulation of citalopram hydrobromide to treat depression.
Biovail, a specialty pharmaceutical company, said it is considering a number of commercialization options for the product.’

Court rules against Ranbaxy in patent fight

Pfizer gets key ruling on Lipitor

Glaxo said facing UK Seroxat suit

‘GlaxoSmithKline faces a 1,500-strong UK class action suit early next year over its anti-depressant Seroxat, The Business newspaper said on Sunday.
It quoted Mark Harvey, a partner at Cardiff solicitor Hugh James, as saying he would launch the suit next spring.
Harvey was not available to comment on Sunday.’
