Pfizer in $1.3B deal for inhalable insulin

‘Pfizer Inc. is paying $1.3 billion to a French company for the global marketing rights to inhaled human insulin.
Sanofi-aventis SA formed an alliance in 1998 with Pfizer and another company to develop, make and sell the substance, known as Exubera, the first inhalable, non-injectable insulin medicine for treatment of diabetes Type-1 and Type-2.’
