Pfizer: Viagra Not Linked to Blindness
“Following a review of its impotence drug Viagra, Pfizer Latest News about Pfizer, the world’s biggest drugmaker, has concluded that there is no apparent link between the medication and an increased risk of blindness.
“Nevertheless, the company said in a statement Monday that it would update the Viagra label to reflect reports of a serious eye condition, known as non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), in some men who have used the medicine.”
