PinoyMac reviews the Canon PIXMA iP4000 Printer and writes - ‘Speed-wise, the iP4000 can sprint with the best of ‘em and this is good news since Canon printers are not exactly known for their speed especially when compared to those by Epson and HP. Although I don’t think photos are printed in the 17-page-per-minute rated capacity of Canon, they do print very fast (and very quiet, if I may add) just the same. Text-only documents also print as fast as photos (I was hoping they would print faster, though) but documents that combined text with photos/graphics printed slower as was those that I printed using the Auto Duplex or automatic back-to-back printing feature.’
