Just received an email from a reader, who tips us off about a HP Printer rumour. He writes”

‘HP is coming out with a LaserJet 2800 series. Rumors suggest that this will be a desktop color laser MFP but nothing has been confirmed. However limited information suggests that it will be a color laser machine, just not sure if it will be an MFP. This website has a mention of it: http://hpinkjet.sourceforge.net/productslj.php.

Scroll down until you find the LaserJet 2800 series.’

Daniel’s right - the reference to this printer series is there and we can’t find any other reference to it on HP’s website (or the rest of the web for that matter). Watch out for further news here as it comes to hand.
