Konica Minolta magicolor 5430 DL

PC Magazine reviews the Konica Minolta magicolor 5430 DL and writes - ‘At only $1,000, the Konica Minolta magicolor 5430 DL could almost be mistaken for an exceptional personal printer. As a network printer for a workgroup, however, it is merely a reasonable choice that’s strong on performance but a little shaky on output quality.

The 5430 DL is built around a single-pass color laser engine rated at 21 ppm for both monochrome and color output. Unlike some color lasers in this price range, it’s small enough to fit on your desk, although it’s heavy enough that you’ll probably want help putting it there. The base model offers a 250-sheet input tray, and, oddly, handles paper no bigger than letter size.

Paper-handling options include a duplexer ($399 direct), and two 500-sheet trays ($299 each), for a maximum 1,250-sheet capacity. The 500-sheet trays can handle up to legal-size paper.’
