Delphi Adds Ford, Lincoln to Sat-Radio Product Lineup
Delphi Corp. builds satellite-radio receivers for both the XM and Sirius services and has just added Ford to its client list. The firm will build a line of Sirius radios that will be part of the factory-installed options for select 2006 Ford and Lincoln Mercury cars.
Among its satellite-radio products, Delphi also builds the MyFi, SKYFi and SKYFi2 receivers for XM. Delphi’s satellite radios are also optional on many GM and Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge cars.
The manufacturer is presenting some of its latest multimedia gadgets at the North American International Auto Show this week in Detroit.
