SIRIUS Satellite Radio and L’Oreal Paris, the worldwide leader in beauty with an unparalleled commitment to technology, research and innovation, announced they have signed on as sponsors of Clive Davis’ legendary Pre-Grammy Party. RealNetworks(R), the leading creator of digital media services and software will serve as the online partner for the event and will broadcast the evening’s performances live on the web. SIRIUS will air portions of the behind the scenes action from the red carpet and performances from the evening on its various channels in the future.

This annual event, which occurs on the eve of the Grammy Awards, long-ago established itself as the destination for A-list celebrities, Grammy winners, Hollywood stars, sports legends, authors and influential entertainment industry executives. The evening consists of cocktails, a sit-down dinner and performances from some of the biggest names in music.

In recent years, performers at Clive Davis’ legendary Pre-Grammy Party have included Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Maroon5, Foo Fighters, Annie Lennox, Stevie Wonder and Luther Vandross, Jamie Foxx, Kanye West, Usher, Carlos Santana and Wyclef Jean, P. Diddy, Patti LaBelle, Tony Bennett, Rod Stewart, Justin Timberlake, Earth Wind and Fire, among others.

Attendees have included Jennifer Lopez, Prince, Sidney Poitier, Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey, Chris Rock, Mary J. Blige, Antonio Banderas, Jackie Collins, Mariah Carey, Jerry Seinfeld, Magic Johnson, Britney Spears, Martha Stewart, Quincy Jones, Howard Stern, Penny Marshall, Evander Holyfield and more.

This year’s performance lineup is kept secret until the night of the show. The event happens at the legendary Beverly Hills hotel.
