This will be both Tom and Katie’s first biological kids (Tom has adopted kids with Nicole Kidman of course).

I hope she gets post-partum depression in the worst way and has a difficult delivery requiring tons of medical intervention and…. oh gosh…no!!! DRUGS!!!!!then after that I hope that the child requires medical intervention and medicines… then Tom will know what the rest of the less fortunate world has been through!

Sue Smith - how can you be so cruel. Katie and Tom’s baby is innocent and deserves the best start it could possibly get irrespecitve of who it’s parents are. Don’t take out your horrible attitude on people you don’t even know.

Sue Smith you should be ashamed of yourself! Any baby would be lucky to be born to two such happy people. Why should the baby be made to suffer just because it has famous parents. It is terrible to wish harm to ANY child! Who cares if it’s parents are rich! They have just as much right to a family as people that are not famous. I hope Katie and Tom have lots of joy bringing their new baby into the world. They are people too you know!!!!!!
